We cannot guarantee course credits will be awarded if the above form is not completed and signed by all parties.
Please note: Post University requires a 73% to accept a Sophia course for undergraduate transfer credit. Students are permitted to transfer a maximum of 15 Sophia credits for an associate’s degree and 30 Sophia Credits into a bachelor's degree.
As of 8/01/25 courses taken with Sophia can only be used in the General Education courses and cannot be applied to Major, Core, Concentrations or Minors.

The Financial Accounting course offered online via Sophia is awesome. There was plenty of study material and ample time in which to take each Mild stone test/exam. Would definitely recommend this option for completing course fundamentals.
