We cannot guarantee course credits will be awarded if the above form is not completed and signed by all parties.
Please note: Post University requires a 73% to accept a Sophia course for undergraduate transfer credit. Students are permitted to transfer a maximum of 15 Sophia credits for an associate’s degree and 30 Sophia Credits into a bachelor's degree.
As of 8/01/25 courses taken with Sophia can only be used in the General Education courses and cannot be applied to Major, Core, Concentrations or Minors.

Being an open-book course, it is almost impossible to fail the class. It was very interesting, and a lot of the information was information I was very familiar with, which made it a great class. I would recommend this class to anyone.
