Please note: Post University requires a 73% to accept a Sophia course for undergraduate transfer credit. Students are permitted to transfer a maximum of 15 Sophia credits for an associate’s degree and 30 Sophia Credits into a bachelor's degree.

The course covers the necessary topics sufficiently to learn the material, but throughout the text bias and fallacies are plentiful. For example, all sources and quotes in the sections on religion where from strongly atheistic authors and philosophers, many of whom had negative religious experiences growing up: thus the courses interpretations of Christianity, Islam, and other faiths are quite inaccurate. Data misrepresentations are also common.
