First of all, I really appreciate that Sophia made it possible to complete a lab course without needing to obtain and manage physical equipment; it really made the lab lessons accessible and low stress. Second, I appreciate the overall quality of the lab simulations. Since the lessons weren't limited by real life supplies and environment, the video game style simulations showed me almost exactly what the regular Human Biology lessons covered, but in a very digestible and interactive format. I definitely felt better about my understanding of a lesson once I completed its corresponding lab simulation. Thank you, Sophia Learning, for a great virtual lab course!
