Course material was challenging yet doable (this is coming from someone who hadn't taken a math course in seven years) with a range of easy to difficult. The lessons were very clear and instructive

I enjoyed the course content, but had trouble running commands in the Cisco sandbox environment. I selected the recommended Catalyst 9000 sandbox, and followed the course content, but seemed to lack the appropriate permissions to run many of the commands in the course content.
I tried googling the error I was seeing: "% Invalid input detected at '^' marker", which recommended enabling Privileged EXEC Mode by typing "enable", but this also did not work.
The description of the Catalyst 9000 sandbox says that it is a shared resource. Maybe I was supposed to request a reserved sandbox?
